We are happy to announce that, on March 1st, we are officially opening the LEARN POLISH IN POLAND contest!

Here is the brief outline of the contest: from March 1st 2010 until May 1st 2010 we accept submissions from all interested and eligible contestants. Submissions must be sent in electronic form (i.e. by e-mail) to: biuro@learnpolish.edu.pl and include:

· An entry essay. The subject of entry essays is “When I was in Poland.../Kiedy byłem w Polsce...”, and the essay should describe the author’s real or imaginary visit in Poland. The essay should be between 2 and 5 Microsoft Word pages long (written in a size 12 font). Essays are accepted in either English or Polish, in the form of MS Word or PDF file e-mail attachments.

The jury, composed of The Centre for Polish Studies, will select four winners. The Grand Prize winner will win a free participation in a 2-week summer course of Polish language organized by The Centre for Polish Studies. The runner-ups will be awarded with a 30-days access to an e-learning Polish language course developed by World Languages in cooperation with The Centre for Polish Studies.
