Image General Conditions for Polish courses in Warsaw
  1. To register for a course, please complete The Application Formand pay 500 PLN of Deposit.
  2. There is no registration deadline unless a course requires that.
  3. Signing the agreement and General Conditions a student accepts the price of a course that s/he is going to attend.
  4. The full course payment should be made in advance on the first day of each course. The course fee is non-refundable. There will be no refunds made when students miss classes.
  5. The Deposit is required when a student applies for a certain group course, individual training or needs a letter of acceptance.
  6. The Deposit of 500 PLN is non-refundable for a letter of acceptance from CPS&Aspre. If students pay more than 500 PLN without any contact with our office and don't get a visa, the payment will not be refunable as well.
  7. Students that would like to apply for visa should provide one of the following documents to CPS&Aspre:
  • school diploma and a confirmation from a Polish university that the student would like to start to study in Poland.
  • certificate from the employer confirming the employment of the student.
  • an invitation from a private person confirming the desire to look after a student during his stay in Poland.
  1. There are three ways to pay for a course: by cash, bank transfer or by using 'PayPal' system through CPS&Aspre  website.
  2. If a student pays in cash the fee is acceptable in Euro, Polish zloty or in any other exchangeable currency. The final cost is related to the original price and the exchange rate.
  3. Private or traveller's cheques are not accepted.
  4. If paying via bank transfer or PayPal system a student shall add any necessary bank commission charges to the course fee. Any outstanding monies shall be paid in the first class.
  5. CPS reserves the right to place the student in a group. The groups are formed according to the level of the student's proficiency in Polish (following the preliminary test completed by the student).
  6. CPS reserves the right to either cancel or modify the course due to lack of minimum number of participants for a group course. At the summer intensive courses students have 4 lessons a day, if the group includes at least 4 students. If there are 2-3 students in the group, the course will have 3 lessons a day. If there is one student s/he will have 2 lessons a day.
  7. The topics covered in the group relate to the group level and students' interests.
  8. Students attending individual classes can cancel a lesson by 4 p.m. on the day before lesson, otherwise they are charged by CPS&Aspre.
  9. A student may be asked to pay for some activities unless it's included in the course fee.
  10. All books shall be purchased by the student.
  11. Students attending classes shall obey the following rule: a student shall not come to class late or under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Any student doing so shall be expelled from the course.
  12. In the event when the student had paid for the course but neither attended it nor informed CPS&Aspre about their resignation with at least 24 hour notice before the first class of the course, CPS reserves the right to keep the entire fee already paid.
  13. The General Conditions are subject to Polish law. All contentious issues will be solved by a proper Polish court.
General conditions for One-year/semester Polish language course for candidates planning to study at Polish universities
  1. To run the course there must be at least three participants.
  2. In order to Enroll in the course a Student must fill in the Application formand pay a registration fee of 500 PLN no later than by August 31, 2017 (one year course) and by December 31, 2017 (one semester course starting in February 2017). The fee for the whole course must be completed 1 month before the start of the course.
  3. All books must be purchased by the Student.
  4. Students must have a valid visa or residence card. To obtain a visa or residence card the Student may need a confirmation from the 'CPS' that s/he is qualified for this course. Once the school receives an application form and registration fee, we will send you a Letter of Acceptance that will help you with your visa application.
  5. The full fee for the course should be paid not later than on the first day of the course.
    Students from outside the European Union should pay all the fees immediately after obtaining a visa. They may also be asked to pay the entire fee before applying for visa and receiving a Letter of Acceptance.
  6. When sending the completed application form candidates must provide 'CPS' with:
  • a scanned copy of a secondary school diploma,
  • a valid medical certificate confirming that there are no medical obstacles to their studying abroad.
    Both documents should be legalised at the Polish embassy or consulate in the student's country.
  1. The Student is responsible for applying for a visa, a residence card and insurance. 'CPS' does not take any responsibility for obtaining such documents.
